Michael recently contributed to the , a collaboration between a dozen writers to create the basics of a novel in just one weekend. Coinciding with World Book Day, the team generated more than 20,000 words during the event itself, and continue to work towards a finished version for publication later in 2011.48-hour Book
Elsewhere, Michael's full-length fiction includes a crime thriller, Death Knock, and a modern-day reworking of the Macbeth story, The Scottish Novel.
