It's always great to see one of your babies heading out into the world, and this weekend marks the start of a UK and Ireland tour for my new play MacHamLear.

Produced by outdoor theatre specialists Heartbreak Productions, it's an utterly disrespectful mash-up of three of Shakespeare's greatest tragedies, exploiting the Bard's finest work for purely comedic purposes. I like to think he'd have approved.
